Sinatec increases the coverage of car mats to 98%!
In recent weeks, a mega update has been implemented by our master data team. With this update, no less than 98% of all vehicles are equipped with a link to OE fit car mats. Read more about this update below!
The facts in figures:
 | To achieve a coverage of 97% of the total fleet, 2,800 different needle felt mat sets have been linked to 34,458 different vehicles. Of the 35,155 different vehicles in Europe, unfortunately 697 are not linked... don't worry, 300 of these are no longer on the road ;-). We are already working on the next update to connect the remaining needle felt mats and we aim for 100% coverage of both old and new vehicles. Our number 1 is the MSN-1366184: Needle Felt Mat Set Volkswagen Polo V from 2009. The top 250 covers 80% of the fleet, but for a truly complete market coverage the tail is enormous, and there are 2000+ different mat sets in stock.. |
Original fit
 | The needle felt Beyner Car Mats are complete OE fit sets, often consisting of four parts. This complete set is 100% identical to the original car mat set and can be replaced 1 on 1. Installing a mat set is therefore very easy, and the job is completed within a few minutes. Not only the fit, but also the mounting parts, quality of the fabric, heel pieces and finishing meet OE+ quality.. |

  | The Beyner car mats are cut to size with a cutting machine, then they are manually festooned, which means that the edges of the mat are hemmed using matching thread. Despite its quality, a car mat always has a limited lifespan, mainly because the mat on the driver's side is subject to wear. However, it is always decided to replace a complete mat set to prevent color differences. The Beyner car mats are supplied with a hanger as standard, this is how we store them, and they are easy to store in the mat rack developed by Sinatec. Because the mounting parts are original, mounting in the vehicle is guaranteed. |
New depot = more stock
To make the car mats available even faster, Sinatec Europe has opened a new depot packed with mat sets. This means that 10,000+ sets are available within 24 hours, guaranteeing a market-wide stock.
